The Power SCADA must comply with TPC’s IEC 61850 interoperability certification. At the same
time, the system must ensure high reliability and flexibility to immediately observe the grid status
in real-time. The monitoring interface should be simple and clear, enabling substation personnel to
quickly detect and resolve abnormal conditions, thereby stabilizing the power grid.
